Extensions are most of our work. We also convert lofts, build new homes and take whole properties back to brick, and we take on kitchens, bathrooms and smaller jobs.

House extensions

Most of our work is extensions: knocking through the back wall, putting the steel in, foundations, the new roof and glazing, then the kitchen and floor inside.

Most clients come to us with their plans already drawn. If you don't have them yet, we can recommend architects and structural engineers we have worked with before.

Loft conversions

A loft conversion gives you a new room without touching the garden. We build the structure, the insulation, the stairs and the finish, and bring in qualified trades for the electrics and plumbing.

New build homes

We build new homes from the ground up: groundworks and foundations, the shell, the roof, then the full fit-out inside.

You get one team that knows the build from the first visit to the handover, and the certificates for the work at the end.

Full refurbishments

For a full refurbishment we take the property back and redo it room by room: structural changes, electrics and plumbing by qualified trades, plastering, decorating, new floors, kitchen and bathroom.

We do this for people living in the house and for landlords getting a rental ready.

Kitchens

From small galley kitchens to open-plan kitchens in a new extension: we strip out, move walls when needed, sort the electrics and plumbing, plaster, tile and fit.

Certificates, insurance and plans

Electrics and plumbing are done by qualified trades we work with. You get the certificates for the work at the end of the job.
We're insured with Zurich: £2 million public liability and £10 million employers' liability.
Most clients bring their own plans. If you don't have any yet, we can recommend architects and structural engineers we've worked with.
