Strip out and walls
The old kitchen comes out, and walls come down where you want more space. One client's small kitchen needed "wall removal, rewiring, installing a window".

Services and plaster
New sockets, lighting and plumbing go in by qualified trades, then the walls are plastered ready for the units.

Fitting and carpentry
Units, worktops, shelves and tiles go in. The same client wrote that "the carpentry needs a special mention as the quality is second to none".

What we take on
Electrics and plumbing are done by qualified trades we work with, and you get the certificates at the end. We're insured with Zurich. Often this goes together with house extensions, flooring and tiling and full refurbishments.

Do you supply the kitchen units?
You can choose your own units and we fit them, or we talk it through at the site visit. Either way the quote lists what is included.
Can you knock through to make an open-plan kitchen?
Yes. A load-bearing wall needs a steel beam and a structural engineer's calculation, and building control signs it off. We do the propping and the steel.
Does a kitchen extension add value to a house?
It often does, because the kitchen is one of the rooms buyers look at most. How much depends on the street and the house, so for a figure ask a local estate agent.
