We take a property back and redo it room by room: structural changes, electrics and plumbing by qualified trades, plastering, decorating, new floors, the kitchen and the bathroom. We do this for families living in the house and for landlords getting a rental ready.

Strip out and structure
Old finishes come off back to the brick, and walls are moved or opened where the plans need it. One client described it as "structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom".

Rewiring and plumbing
Done by the qualified trades we work with while the walls are open, so you get the certificates at the end.

Plaster, floors and the fit-out
Walls are plastered and decorated, original floors restored or new ones laid, and the kitchen and bathroom fitted. Old details worth keeping, like fireplaces and panel doors, are kept.

What we take on
Electrics and plumbing are done by qualified trades we work with, and you get the certificates at the end. We're insured with Zurich. Often this goes together with kitchens, bathrooms and plastering and painting.

Where do you start with a full house renovation?
With the structure and the services. Walls, steels, rewiring and plumbing come first, while the house is open; plastering, floors, the kitchen and decorating come after. We go through the order with you at the site visit.
Can we live in the house while you work?
It depends on the job. For a full refurbishment most people move out for the messiest part. For room-by-room work we plan it so part of the house stays usable.
Do you refurbish rental properties?
Yes. One landlord had us do a complete refurbishment of a rental maisonette in Morden and wrote that it was "delivered within budget".
Do I get certificates for the electrics?
Yes. The electrics and plumbing are done by qualified trades, and you get the certificates when the job is finished.
