Privacy notice
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This notice explains how Two Brothers Construction ("we", "us") uses personal information when you ask for a site visit or a quote, have building work done by us, contact us or use this website.
Who we are
Two Brothers Construction is the trading name of TWO BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10384919), registered office 59 Arcus Road, Bromley, BR1 4NN. We are the controller of your information. Contact: twobrothersconstruction90@gmail.com, 07466 468788.
What we collect
- What you send through the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, the type of job, your postcode or area, when you'd like to start, and your message.
- What you send by phone, WhatsApp or email, including photos of the property, drawings and plans.
- The property address, access arrangements and the details of the work, when we visit or carry out a job.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To reply to you, visit the property, give you a quote and carry out the work: steps you asked for before a contract, and the contract itself (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the records that tax and company law require: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To keep this website secure and working: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
We don't use your details for marketing and we don't sell them. We only share photos of finished work that don't show who you are or where you live.
Who helps us
These providers handle information for us, only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- Resend, which delivers the form to our email inbox.
- Afaceri Diaspora Ltd, which built and maintains this website and keeps a copy of form messages so none are lost.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and Google (Gmail), when you contact us that way.
- The qualified trades, architects or engineers we work with on your job, only the details they need for it.
- Google Maps, only if you choose to load the map.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a job are deleted within 12 months. Records of jobs and payments are kept for as long as tax law requires, usually six years.
Your rights
