For people building a house on their own plot. We build new homes from the ground up: groundworks and foundations, the shell, the roof, then the full fit-out inside, with one team that knows the build from the first visit to the handover.
How the job goes
Every job starts with a free site visit and an itemised written quote. You can see finished jobs on our work, read who we are, and see what clients wrote on Rated People.

Groundworks and foundations
The site is cleared, the drainage and services are laid and the foundations are poured to the engineer's design.

The shell and the roof
Walls, floors and the roof go up until the house is weathertight, with building control inspecting at each stage.

The fit-out
Electrics and plumbing by qualified trades, then plastering, floors, kitchen, bathrooms and decorating, until the house is ready to live in.
What we take on
Electrics and plumbing are done by qualified trades we work with, and you get the certificates at the end. We're insured with Zurich. Often this goes together with house extensions, kitchens and bathrooms.

Do you build to an architect's plans?
Yes. A new home needs planning permission and approved drawings, and we build to them. If you don't have an architect yet, we can recommend ones we have worked with.
Who signs off the build?
Building control inspects the work at set stages and issues a completion certificate at the end. The electrics and gas are certified by the qualified trades who do them.
