Back to the brick
The old suite and tiles come out and the walls and floor are checked, so the new tiles go onto a sound base.

Tanking and heating
The shower area is tanked so water stays where it should, and underfloor heating goes down if you want it.

Tiling and fitting
Walls and floor are tiled, then the bath, shower, basin, toilet and taps go in, with the plumbing by qualified trades.

What we take on
Electrics and plumbing are done by qualified trades we work with, and you get the certificates at the end. We're insured with Zurich. Often this goes together with flooring and tiling, loft conversions and full refurbishments.

Can you fit a walk-in shower?
Yes. The floor and walls are tanked first, then tiled, and a glass screen goes in. Several of the bathrooms on our work page have one.
Do you do underfloor heating in bathrooms?
Yes, where you want it. It goes down before the floor is tiled.
Who does the plumbing?
Qualified trades we work with, and you get the certificates at the end of the job.
